Julie A. Greenwood, DPM

Dr. Julie Greenwood is a native of King William, Virginia. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology and Environmental Science from Widener University in 2004 before going on to receive her Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from Temple University in 2008. She then completed her surgical residency training at Bryn Mawr Hospital in Pennsylvania.

Dr. Greenwood is board-certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery in both forefoot surgery and rearfoot reconstruction. She currently serves on staff at Bon Secours St. Mary's Hospital and Henrico Doctors' Hospital, including both the Parham and Forest campuses.

Her clinical expertise includes forefoot, rearfoot, and ankle reconstruction, with a strong passion for diabetic limb salvage and comprehensive foot and ankle care. Dr. Greenwood is dedicated to building meaningful relationships with her patients and takes pride in treating every patient like family. She believes in providing compassionate, personalized care tailored to each individual’s needs while helping patients maintain mobility, comfort, and long-term health.

Dr. Julie Greenwood currently resides in Mechanicsville. Outside of her practice, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their three children. Dr. Greenwood values family both at home and in her patient care, bringing compassion, dedication, and a personal touch to every patient relationship.

Nicole has been a valued member of the Podiatry Center for nearly 20 years and is an essential part of keeping the practice running smoothly. With a true passion for organization and operational excellence, she ensures that patients and staff alike experience seamless and efficient care.

Known for her warm personality and positive energy, Nicole enjoys laughing, embracing life, and building meaningful connections with those around her. She brings experience, authenticity, and enthusiasm to the workplace while creating a welcoming and supportive environment for every patient and team member she meets.

Shanelle is the Head Medical Assistant at the Podiatry Center and has more than a decade of experience in providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She is dedicated to helping every patient feel comfortable, supported, and well cared for throughout their visit.

Known for her dependability, attention to detail, and positive attitude, Shanelle plays an important role in creating a smooth and welcoming clinical experience. She combines clinical efficiency with genuine compassion, helping patients feel at ease while ensuring high-quality care and support.

Outside of the clinic, Shanelle enjoys taking road trips and discovering new places where she can relax, recharge, and enjoy new experiences.
